6 Ways That Will Actually Increase Your Blog Traffic For Free..
Set up Google Search Console.Create Good ContentShare your content on social media.Make it easy for other people to share your content.Create better headlines and titlesGet email subscribers.
1. Set up Google Search Console

Google Search Console is a awesome free tool offered by Google that every website or blog owner should be using as soon as you start publishing content.
This tool is very valuable for in site on your blog this tool provides data like:
Clicks to your website from Google Search
Search impressions
Click through rate on a keyword by keyword basis
Crawl errors
By using Google Search Console, you’ll have a idea of how much traffic is coming from google search and performance of your website or blog thus keeping your stats moving in the right direction.
This tool is also good for submitting your sitemaps, which allows Google to index your pages faster. Getting indexed by Google is the first step to showing up in search results, so this is a very important step.
2. Create Good Content …

First things first in order to build your reputation and keep traffic coming back is content!! Creating good content that keeps your readers engaged and providing good information about your Niche will drive traffic continuously.
Here are some ways to make your content more valuable to your readers:
Making your post easy to read
Going in-depth about what your talking about
Tell better stories (People love to read stories)Several more pictures
Good quality better pictures
Providing better insight
Be entertaining
Be direct
Using less fluff
Removing ads or popups
Making it more accessible
Some people think longer is better because of how often people reference the importance of longer blog posts. But Longer is only if your filling extra space with informative information , detail or insight on the topic.
If you fill that extra space with boring content no one will read and that can actually hurt your traffic in the end.
In some situations, making shorter content is even the better call if it means you can help people find the information they need faster.
3. Share your content on social media.

Sharing your websites content on social media the best way to get traffic right away!!
But you should choose wisely where to share your content and how.
If you are just posting tweets on tweeter with a bunch of hashtags or posting it to your Facebook page with out any followers this method will not work very well..
Instead you should go to places that allow you to get in front of targeted audiences that shows interested in your website or topic
A great place to start is Reddit and Facebook groups.
When you go on Reddit you can find communities related to the topic of your website or blog and create a post to get traffic to your site . I use Reddit a lot because it drives so much traffic to my website, It is important to post daily to get more traffic an choose communities with lots of subscribers so that your post are seen and traffic to your blog comes almost instantly.
4. Make it easy for people to share your content.

The easier it is to share your content the better it is for people to find your website or blog online. Putting a share buttons somewhere on your post allows people to easily click and share content.
Adding these social share buttons makes it much more likely to have your content shared and shared content is an extremely reliable source of traffic. It’s a great way to turn existing traffic into even more free traffic. and if you are lucky enough it might even go viral and you will have endless traffic.
Having your content shared a lot makes you look more credible and people are more likely to follow you and come back for more content. This is very helpful if your are looking to partner with other businesses, and Google most of all uses social shares as an indicator of good content for search rankings and that leads to top page ranking!
Adding social share buttons to your posts can be added to mostly all websites with plugins, some website builders automatically add them for you. I’ve been using WordPress plugins for my site I currently use (Ultimate Social Media Icons) it is free to use but they do have paid options if you want to use different social media sites like Snapchat and others.
5. Create better headlines and meta descriptions.

Your headlines and meta descriptions are extremely important because this is what is displayed when people read in Google search results.
If your meta description does not address what people are searching for, they will be much more likely to click on someone else’s link.
You want to provide the reader with specific information about your website and keep it interesting so that people will want to click on your link. Once you have the reader on your site keep them on your page with engaging content, this is a major signal to Google to rank your post higher if the reader stays on your blog for a long period of time, Thus bring in more traffic to your website.’
so good headlines and meta can have a great effect on traffic for you.
Here are some tips for writing better headlines…
Use the main keyword or phrase targeted for the post (or something similar)
Make sure they clearly indicate what the article is about
Find a way to use numbers (lists, data, etc…)
Differentiate it from other search results for the keyword (make it unique)
Add urgency
Use powerful words
6. Create a email subscribers list

Most people wait to offer an email subscription sign up list because they think that people won’t sign up or that they need to be more established.
In all actuality you should do this right away, because email subscribers are extremely valuable and they are a reliable source of repeat traffic and even commissions if your selling a products.
A good practice when sending out emails or weekly newsletters is to include links to your blog posts this brings in a lot of early traffic to your website. This also leads to social sharing, which helps your posts rank faster on Google as well.
In order to setup email subscriptions.. You’ll need an email marketing provider to do this. I currently use a free email plugin from WordPress just to collect emails but in order to send out mass emails to your subscribers you would need a email marketing service like drip or Get Response, there are many other options as well that you can use to do this.
You will also need a sign up form on your website or blog to collect the emails for the subscription, but as I said you can download a plugin or widget for free to collect this information.
Most paid email marketing providers include pop up form-creation so that more people will want to subscribe to your blog lots of people use lead magnets. Lead magnets are things people get for free if they subscribe. They can be something as simple as a free eBook or newsletter or
something as complicated as a video course.
You can also create giveaways into what you offer subscribers. People love free stuff so this seems like a great idea if you have something to give away for free or if you have the funds to purchase something and give it away to a lucky subscriber. Just make sure it is something your subscribers would want .
This is Just a quick list of things to get started with more traffic to your website or blog, and by no means a complete list if you have any insight on this post it is greatly appreciated.
